Fixed pitch propellers are manufactured from combinations of highly selected woods such as Maple, ash, birch and mahogany.
Continuous testing throughout the production stages ensures the highest possible quality. The blade areas are composite coated to improve surface protection and ensure better blade stability over time. Propeller diameters range from 50cms ( 20”) to 230cms (90 ½”).More than 10,000 of our propellers are in service worldwide on experimental ultralights, motor gliders, and vintage aircraft.GT fixed pitch propellers described here, being of hardwood construction and having composite reinforcement comply with JAA 21P.

GT ground adjustable propellers are available in two and three blade configuration.
The blades are fastened to an innovative reliable one peace aluminium (C42) hub, capable of holding wooden and composite blades. The blades are screwed in the hub by means of special threaded system.
The same blade retention system is used on GT electrically / hydraulically controlled propellers.

GT ground adjustable and inflight adjustable hubs and blades are interchangeable, allowingground adjustable blades to be installed on electric / hydraulic variable hubs and inflight variable bladesto be installed on ground adjustable hubs. This allows for an upgrade path for aircraft owners.

Some advantages of this propellers are:
- Easy pitch selection
- Easy propeller installation on engine
- Easy blade sobstitution for maintenance or inspection
- Several blades models can be installed on the hub without any modification
- Only two simple tools are required for installation which are supplied in the prop kit
