Old Style propellers are manufactured from a combination of carefully selected woods such as Maple, Ash, Birch, Mahogany and others. We supply authentic looking propellers for original or replica antique aircraft.
Following original drawings that date from the 20s,30s and 40s, our props can be installed on various historical engines such as Siemens, Fiat, Gipsy, Franklin, Lom, Renault and others while maintaining the nostalgic design but with more modern airfoils. |

Construction:
The individual layers are glued together to form a block using certified high performance aircraft glues. The blade areas are composite coated to improve surface protection and ensure better blade stability over time.
The leading edge protection available in standard type or vintage style is provided by a further composite strip bonded to leading edge giving added resistance to damage from grass,stones, rain etc. We also produce blades with the classic brass leading edge protection but with advantages such as more modern airfoils and easier replacement in case of damage. |

Vintage propellers are usually custom made following customers demands. Each prop is personalized and customers that commission one of our vintage propellers will be supplied with a special certificate. |
